Located on Southeast Sixth Street between Dixie Highway and Federal Highway, the 88-unit development will offer 26 assisted living residences, 42 independent living residences and 24 memory care beds. Construction on the high-end facility is expected to begin Q4 2019.
“We believe the approved unit mix is optimal for the site and allows us to deliver a high-quality luxury product to Boca Raton’s residents,” said Ignacio Diaz, operating manager of Group P6, the project’s developer.
“The Concierge was designed with the utmost attention to luxury and service at every level. Residents will have access to all that downtown Boca Raton has to offer, including high-end shopping, dining and a rich arts and cultural scene. There is nothing like it in East Boca’s premium- and high-end market, though the need continues to grow,” said Diaz.
Charter Senior Living, which owns and operates high-end senior living communities across the U.S., will provide management services for the development and will additionally function as part owner.
“The Concierge is uniquely positioned to provide a level of resident service that optimizes health and wellness and offers personalized programming, vibrant amenities and socialization options consistent with the Boca Raton lifestyle,” said Charter Senior Living’s President and CEO Keven Bennema.
Residents will have access to a variety of both indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities. Outdoor offerings will feature a rooftop pool, summer kitchen and lounge, open-air terraces, yoga and music areas. The development’s indoors amenities include a wine bar and bistro, full-service restaurant, café, private dining room, club room, theatre, activity rooms, library, salon, spa and gym.
Boca Raton-based Group P6 has a strong track record delivering high-quality luxury and boutique residences throughout South Florida. The company’s portfolio also includes 327 Royal Palm in downtown Boca Raton.
