CAREER SPOTLIGHT: REGIONAL SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for providing marketing and sales support to select communities. This role will train and guide the Community Marketing Director to be successful in meeting conversion ratios for inquiry to tour, tour to deposit and deposit, to move-in by using appropriate sales techniques, performing follow-up tasks, and being tour-ready at all times. Additionally, this role will provide training, guidance and support to ensure the community is holding appropriate and relevant marketing events that present the community to the public in a manner that supports our community philosophy.
