Comprehensive Benefits Package

This package includes employer contributions to medical, dental, and vision insurance, covering approximately 70% of costs depending on your selected plan. Charter Senior Living also offers an employer-paid health insurance program.

Perfect Attendance Bonus

Offered monthly, all full-time and part-time (nonmanagement) associates can earn up to $100 a month for perfect attendance. Plus, you can earn $1 hourly raise for 12 months of perfect attendance.
