CAREER SPOTLIGHT: ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for general maintenance of the community, including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment and mechanical systems, and driving the community van. This role coordinates and communicates with all other team members of the community to maintain a holistic perspective of service and care. This person must lead by example and make certain that the progress and services maximize each resident’s quality of life, identity, interests, abilities and preferences.
